How do you order online?

All you have to do is email us your Tax ID info at "cottonapparel10@gmail.com" and then you can simply place your order online or give us a call, our customer service would be happy to assist you! If we do not receive the Tax ID info, we may not be able to fulfill your online order.

Do you need a minimum purchase order?

yes! you need to have a minimum order of at least $100 in order to purchase from us online! you cannot purchase samples in wholesale price.

What is the quality of our products?

all the products of our brand "Cotton World" are first quality products, we don't sell any irregulars or second quality products of our brand.

Where do we ship from?

We ship everything from our warehouse/store in niles or from our second warehouse in New Jersey depending on our available inventory and customer location.

What is our refund and exchange policy?

We offer a 30 day return window with the product in original condition. However, customer is responsible for shipping expenses to our warehouse at 6310 W Touhy Ave., Unit 109, Niles, IL 60714. We also offer exchange as long as the product is in original condition and not worn/used or customized.
