What is the quality of your products?

All the products of our brand "Cotton World" are first quality products, we don't sell any irregulars or second quality products of our brand. We do offer irregular products of different brands which will be shown on the product page.

How long does shipping take?

What is your refund and exchange policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases where the incorrect item was sent, or the product received has a manufacturing defect. Please note that irregular items are sold as-is and may include minor imperfections — these are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
