Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Irregular (IR) items are final sale and cannot be returned.We do not offer exchanges —please return eligible items and place a new order if needed. Defective or incorrectly shipped items (excluding IRs) will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer.
